PAYMENT POLICY

1. Accepted Payment Methods

1.1. Clix offers multiple secure and convenient payment methods to ensure a smooth shopping experience for all customers.

1.2. The following payment methods are accepted:

1.2.1. Cash on Delivery (COD).

1.2.2. Debit and Credit Cards issued by local and international banks.

1.2.3. Electronic Wallets available in the Arab Republic of Egypt.

1.2.4. Installment payments through partnering banks or Buy Now Pay Later service providers, subject to their respective terms and approval.

1.3. All electronic transactions are processed securely through Paymob, a leading payment aggregation company in Egypt and the region.

 

2. Refund Policy

2.1. Refunds are processed according to the original payment method used at checkout.

2.2. Cash on Delivery Orders:

2.2.1. Refunds are processed via InstaPay transfer to the customer’s designated account.

2.2.2. Refund processing time is between two (2) to four (4) working days from approval date.

2.2.3. In case of defective or damaged products, the full amount paid shall be refunded.

2.2.4. In case of change of mind without product defect, the refund shall exclude shipping fees and any applicable transfer or administrative charges.

2.3. Debit, Credit, and Installment Payments:

2.3.1. Refund requests are initiated immediately upon approval.

2.3.2. The amount may take five (5) to seven (7) working days to appear in the customer’s account, subject to the issuing bank or financial provider’s policies.

 

3. Responsibility for Payment Issues

3.1. Customers must contact their issuing bank or financial institution for any payment-related issue occurring after transaction confirmation.

3.2. Clix shall not be liable for delays, rejections, technical errors, transaction limits, installment approvals, or any issue arising from the customer’s bank or financial provider.

 

4. Installment and Payment Facilitation Disclaimer

4.1. Clix partners with banks and installment service providers to offer flexible payment solutions.

4.2. All installment approvals, offers, fees, penalties, and related terms are governed solely by the respective financial institution.

4.3. Clix shall not be held responsible for any miscommunication, rejection, policy change, or additional charge imposed by the financing entity.

 

5. Commitment to Payment Collection and Delivery

5.1. Clix commits to delivering orders and collecting payments strictly according to the payment method selected by the customer at checkout.

5.2. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Payment Policy.

 

6. Legal Compliance

6.1. Clix operates in compliance with Egyptian laws, including Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018 and its Executive Regulations.

6.2. Customers are entitled to clear information regarding prices, payment methods, installment terms, and refund conditions prior to purchase.

6.3. Customers have the right to return or exchange products within fourteen (14) days from receipt, provided the product remains in its original condition, unless the return is due to defect or non-conformity.

6.4. In case of defective or non-conforming products, customers are entitled to repair, replacement, refund, or compensation in accordance with applicable law.

6.5. Nothing in this Policy limits any statutory consumer rights under Egyptian law. In case of conflict, mandatory legal provisions shall prevail.
